Records are scattered.
Care, checkup, medication and device records remain in different formats and accounts across institutions and services.
A health-data network for individuals
SportiQue is building a foundation where individuals bring scattered health records together, manage them and choose the recipients and scope when using or sharing them. It starts with UniQdata.io.
01 / DATA FRAGMENTATION
Data remains in hospitals, screening centers, pharmacies, wearables, health apps and daily logs, but is not collected in the individual's database. Without direct control of records, individuals cannot choose where and how much to share, or which AI models and platforms to use.
Care, checkup, medication and device records remain in different formats and accounts across institutions and services.
Without managing records together, it is difficult to choose the recipient, purpose and scope of sharing yourself.
When records stay within one service, it is difficult to use them with AI models or platforms outside that service.
02 / THE SYSTEM
DataQ standardizes the formats, fields and units of health data from different sources. UniQdata.io manages records in the personal database and lets individuals choose how they are used and shared.
Preserve originals and provenance while connecting different formats, fields and units to a common structure.
Manage health records in one place and use them over time.
Individuals choose where to use records, with which AI model or platform, for what purpose, and within what scope and duration.
03 / THE RECORD MOVES WITH YOU
People should be able to keep using the records they need when receiving care abroad or living apart from family. Individuals choose the records and recipients for sharing.
04 / WHAT OPENS
Individuals review their records in reports, ask AI questions and share the items caregivers need. Only the scope they consent to connects to research and purpose-specific apps.
All use stays within the recipient, purpose, scope and duration chosen by the individual, and applicable national policy requirements.
Review time periods, sources, gaps and observed changes in the context of your personal record history.
First choose the fields, period, purpose and processing location; only the minimum approved scope is sent to AI.
Choose which caregiver may access which records and for how long, and revoke access when needed.
Connect only authorized records where national policies and data residency requirements are met.
Choose a study after reviewing its purpose and the requested fields and duration. Participation compensation is handled according to the process set by the payer, such as the institution or PI, and individuals can review the related history.
Use the same records for specific purposes, such as family care with Bodab and visit preparation with MediQ.
Review what was used, where and why; reduce or withdraw consent and apply those decisions to subsequent use.
05 / START WITH UNIQDATA
Manage health records from multiple sources in a personal database and choose how they are used and shared. DataQ is the internal processing step that preserves originals and provenance while standardizing formats, fields and units.

Bring medical, daily and device records together. Understand them, then choose how to use and share them.
07 / IMPLEMENTATION HISTORY
In our 2025 XRPL demo, users selected which records to share and how long others could view them. We also implemented a flow for reviewing authorized access and use history and receiving research participation compensation automatically.
Original health records stayed in the personal database, with only permissions and use history connected. We are carrying this experience into record management and sharing choices in UniQdata.io.

Even when families wanted to help manage an older person's medication, activity and care, the records they needed were scattered across hospitals, pharmacies and apps.
Families had to cross-check records from several places and ask each other again to see medication confirmation and prepare for medical visits. Individuals also could not easily choose which records to share and with whom.
We decided to build beyond Bodab: a foundation where individuals bring records together, manage them and choose their use and sharing.
RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY PARTNERSHIPS
We want to work with research and healthcare teams to explore how to connect additional participants and personally authorized longitudinal health records while they continue using their existing systems.
Tell us about the participants and records you need. We will assess recruitment routes, consent and integration feasibility before discussing the scope of a paid pilot or subscription.
